The terms we‚ us‚ our and IFLY refers to IFLY AVIATION SERVICES S.A. (hereinafter “IFLY”). The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation/flight/charter through us on this Website‚ and/or through our third-party servants and agents.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your unequivocal acceptance without modification or reservation of all the terms‚ conditions‚ warranties‚ and notices set forth below (collectively‚ the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”). SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Additional terms and conditions of third - party suppliers (including but not limited to operators) will apply to your reservation and purchase of flights and travel related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any third-party supplier with whom you elect to deal‚ including‚ but not limited to‚ payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the third-party supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares‚ products‚ taxes‚ services charges‚ or services. IFLY reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to your arrival and/or departure to ensure the credit card is valid. IFLY also reserves the right to cancel your booking‚ charter‚ or flight if the credit card is not valid. Some third-party suppliers may also require you to present a credit card or cash deposit to cover additional expenses. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by us for your flight or charter booking. You acknowledge that some third-party suppliers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand‚ agree‚ and warrant that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or flights‚ in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services‚ in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s)‚ and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

In all such cases‚ IFLY shall not be responsible or liable to you under any circumstances whatsoever or howsoever arising.

FARES AND PRICES

Note: In the event that you book flights‚ charter or lease aircraft‚ request associated services or similar‚ you acknowledge and agree that all charges‚ taxes‚ service expenses and other costs and expenses relating to your booking‚ flights or similar are payable by you at the time requested by IFLY.

You acknowledge‚ confirm and warrant that IFLY or service provider has (prior to full payment being received) the right to amend‚ change and/or alter its prices‚ services‚ schedules at any time and/or add additional costs‚ charges and expenses for any booking‚ flight‚ charter or service.

TRAVEL DESTINATIONS – DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all domestic and foreign entry/exit‚ travel and visa requirements and that your travel documents‚ such as passports‚ identification cards‚ vaccination status and visas (transit‚ business‚ tourist‚ and otherwise)‚ are in order and any other domestic or foreign entry/exit requirements are met. The IFLY Companies have no special knowledge regarding domestic and foreign entry/exit requirements‚ visas‚ vaccinations and/or travel documents. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions‚ vaccination requirements‚ warnings‚ announcements‚ and advisories issued by the relevant governments and embassies prior to booking travel for domestic and international destinations.

Passport‚ Identification Cards‚ Vaccination Status and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information in good time before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport‚ identification cards‚ vaccination status‚ visa or other documents required by IFLY or any airline‚ operator‚ authority or country‚ including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.

Health: Recommended inoculations and vaccinations for travel may change at any time and you should consult your doctor on current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the recommended inoculations‚ vaccinations‚ take all recommended medication and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. You must also follow any direction from IFLY or the operator with respect to Covid-19 procedures (including social distancing‚ wearing of masks‚ etc.).

BY OFFERING FLIGHTS‚ CHARTERS AND TRAVEL PRODUCTS TO PARTICULAR DOMESTIC AND/OR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS‚ IFLY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH AREAS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK‚ AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL OR BOOKINGS TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

A printed version of the Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to the Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
